- Leitung und Weiterentwicklung Enterprise Architecture Management, Test und Transition to Production (T2P) Management am Flughafen München
- Weiterentwicklung und Integration von Informationssicherheit und Datenschutz mit Enterprise Architecture Management
- Entwicklung und Festlegung von Standards, Methoden, Modellen und Werkzeugen des Enterprise Architecture Managements sowie übergreifende Konsolidierung & Qualitätssicherung der Gesamtbebauung
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Enterprise Architecture Management, Test und Transition to Production (T2P) Management Prozesse
- (Weiter-)Entwicklung, Abstimmung & Festlegung der konzernweiten IT-Architektur gemäß der Geschäftsanforderungen
