I am attending Lean Konferenz in Munich today. I have just learned, that 50% of the speakers will be female. Mentioning it, means that we have still a long road for more diversity ahead, but for now: Good job, Lean42 GmbH

A great get together with interesting topics

Es war eine aussergewöhnliche Konferenz, die sowohl für die fachlichen Diskussionen als auch für das persönliche Kennenlernen sehr bereichernd war.
Von der Auswahl der Sprecher bis hin zur Gestaltung des Konferenzprogramms war alles erstklassig. Die Qualität der Diskussionen und Präsentationen hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen und wird sicherlich einen grossen Einfluss auf meine berufliche Entwicklung haben.
Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Möglichkeit, mich persönlich mit vielen Experten und Fachleuten aus dem Bereich des Enterprise Architecture Management auszutauschen. Die Vielfalt der Perspektiven und Ideen hat mein Verständnis für das Thema erweitert und neue Impulse für meine Arbeit gegeben. Es war eine grosse Ehre, so viele kluge Köpfe an einem Ort zu treffen und von ihrem Wissen und ihrer Erfahrung zu profitieren.
